Classes start at 9:00am and are usually over by 4:30 to 5:00pm, except for the last day of the course which starts at 9:00am but may end earlier depending on the topics remaining to be covered.

Course schedules are subject to change. Participants who have registered will receive confirmation 30 days prior to start of class. Training class price is invoiced (or charged to credit card) 30 days prior to the first day of class. We also have limited availability to conduct on-site training at your plant or place of business for a minimum of four students. This training can be specific to your application, using your programs, and is hands-on for the entire PLC system, not just programming software.
Cancellation Policy
For Classes held at CTI:
- If cancelled more than 30 days prior to the class there is no penalty
- If cancelled 30 days or less prior to the class the customer will be invoiced 30 days prior to the first day of class as scheduled, and will receive a credit that can be used to attend a class at a later date
For classes held at a customer site:
- For all cancellations, once a class is scheduled and the CTI has made committments for facilities and travel, CTI will still invoice for all associated costs incurred that are not refundable (Lost Air Fare, Hotel Reservation Penalities, etc.)
- If cancelled 30 days or less prior to the class the customer will be invoiced 30 days prior to the first day of class as scheduled, and CTI will reschedule the class at a later date based on the customers schedule and CTI availability.
