CTI announces the maturity of the 2572-A Fast Ethernet TCP/IP Adapter for CTI 2500 Series® and Simatic®/TI 505 programmable controller systems, and replacement by 2572-B.
This product is a late 1990’s design and contains many parts which have been discontinued. In addition, the functions of this product have been replicated on our new 2572-B Fast Ethernet TCP/IP Adapter, which is a direct replacement for 2572-A.
We will continue to offer support and repairs for 2572-A, but it will no longer be manufactured.
For all new designs and replacements of existing 2572-A units, you should use the 2572-B.
