CTI Automation System Training Program Course Offerings
2500 Series™ Training Course I
- PLC setup, configuration, and ladder programming
- Please see our course description for more details
- This is a 4 day hands on class with labs
- Prerequisite: Automation system experience or knowledge of Control Concepts
- Training Couse 1 Description
2500 Series™ Training Course II
- Special function, alarm, and loop programming
- This is a 4 day hands on class with labs
- Prerequisite: 2500 Series™ Programming Course 1 or Experience in the design and implementation of Automation Systems including Simatic® 505 Systems or CTI
2500 Series™ System Installation and Maintenance
- Basic installation and configuration
- Remote I/O and Profibus configuration
- I/O module selection, installation, configuration
- Introduction to programming
- Basic troubleshooting
- Converting from earlier Application Development Tools to 505 WorkShop
- This is similar to our 2500 Series™ Programming Course II but is more for people who have to maintain 2500 Series™ Systems in their facilities
- Prerequisite: 2500 Series™ Programming Course 1 or Experience in the design and implementation of Automation Systems including the Simatic® 505 or CTI 2500 Series™ Systems
Ethernet Communications
- Installation and setup of Ethernet communications
- Using MMIs
- Peer-peer communications
- Troubleshooting Advanced topics
