2572 Ethernet TCP/IP Adapter
The 2572 Ethernet TCP/IP Adapter is a network interface module for 2500 Series™ or Simatic® 505 controllers. The 2572 provides connectivity to Ethernet networks using IEEE 802.3, Ethernet II and Transmission Control/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) standards. IMPORTANT NOTE: 2572 IS OBSOLETE AND HAS BEEN MATURED. IT IS REPLACED BY 2572-A or 2500-ECC1, WHICH SHOULD BE USED ON ALL NEW DESIGNS.
