2500-R4500 520/530/DBC Adapter for Series 500
The 2500-R4500 is designed to replace various older style of Texas Instruments Programmable Controllers (520/530) and/or Distributed Base Controllers. The 520/530/ DBC units are commonly referred to as "oil pan" or "sump" units due to their boxy shape with ribbed fins. Note that the 520C/530C/530T programmable controllers (520C-1101/1102, 530C-1102/1104/1108/ 1112, 530T-1104/1112) are modular-type PLCs which attached to the I/O using the 500-5840 adapter base. These can be replaced using the R4500 adapter, or the 2500-RADP adapter sleeve.
Features
- Connects to existing 500-5864/5828 I/O base (8-slot or 16-slot)
- Use C100 for local-base only, or C200 for local and remote I/O
- Download existing program
- Re-use CTI products when remainder of Series 500 is changed out
